A Physio in Guernsey

My name is Tobar. 

I am a Physiotherapist with an exercise/strength training based background who graduated from the University of Hertfordshire, and now I live and work on the island of Guernsey, where I grew up. I live with my partner and my dog Finn, and I work for myself and a local practice providing specialist Musculosketal physiotherapy. I quite like helping people recover from injuries, and I get a lot of my own bumps and bruises, so I get plenty of practice.

I train Brazilian Jiujitsu, Judo, and occasionally I wrestle. I play guitar. I make videos and enjoy film. I enjoy healthy eating and cooking food, and I'm not as bad at it as I once was. I enjoy niche pop culture and have plenty of weird hobbies to go with it .
